Free Beer for FC Bayern Supporters!

...and these lovely ladies would be serving the bier!

FC Bayern are off to their worst start since 1975, failing to secure a victory from their first three fixtures. Supporters in Bavaria are in panic mode as they watch rivals Hamburg and Leverkusen claim top spot in the league. How does a football club keep its supporters from losing their heads? Beer. Liters of it!

Sponsor Paulaner and FC Bayern are teaming up to drown the sorrows of the Allianz Arena faithful this coming Saturday as they Munich play host to German champions Wolfsburg. Over 7,000 fine, tasty and heavenly liters of Paulaner beer will be given away to supporters before the match as compensation for the club’s poor start.

After sampling the beer served at the Allianz during this summer’s Audi Cup, I must say that the supporters attending this weekend’s match will be more than happy to trade in a few early season points for a few pints!
