Portsmouth players demand wage answers

It seems to be going from bad to worse at Portsmouth this week; sitting bottom of the Premiership with no points, Gary McAllister turns down the Assistant Manager post and now some players haven’t even been paid!
With no contact from the club, players were urgently contacting their agents worried the club had gone bust. They have said they believe it to be a “payroll issue”, but it is another embarrassment for the club who are desperate for confidence and a win against Wolves on Saturday.
I don’t believe that Portsmouth have been playing badly, I think they have been unlucky. But unfortunately being unlucky can’t keep Paul Hart in his job, with rumours he’ll be sacked after the Wolves game if they don’t win.
Any Portsmouth fans worried about Sulaiman Al Fahim’s supposed investment?
Happy with Paul Hart?
One last thing; I nearly lost my voice in the Portsmouth v Everton game at the weekend, so could Tommy Smith please score on the first time of asking. Many thanks!

i would bet my house that hart is due for a good sacking, but it looks like a bit of a poisoned chalice at the mo.
lost your voice? who do you support?
I heard Strachan might take Hart’s job!
I support Manchester United but also find time to support a few local lads at different clubs, Tommy Smith is one of those.
I won’t cheer him on though when they play United but until then I will continue to lose my voice most probably! Nice lad though
You gotta ask and wonder what happened to all the money that came from the deals with Muntari, Diarra, Defoe, Crouch, Kranjcar, Mwawurari, G Johnson, etc
That’s a lot of money we’re talking about! How could it all just disappear?
Sounds like you’ve got an investigative journo job to do, J-Rump.
Blow some whistles.
Every penny that Pompey earn thro shirts, transfers, anything, goes staright to the bank manager as they have DEBT coming outta their south coast eyeballs
Martin Samuel had an interesting article in the Mail the other day…

I think there’s something fishy about this whole setup … this Sulaiman Al Fahim guy just doesn’t look like a rich Arab investor to me (based on clothes, grooming and general deportment) … what odds this guy is just a chancer who has conned the club, players and fans?
I think more will come out about this over the next few days, in the meantime they will probably be looking for a new manager and who would want to take the job under such unstability?
