And he only has a year on his deal come this summer so i think Werder may have to accept less than £20m..thats unless City want him where they will get £30m instead. Also he could be Germany's star of the world cup. Rio has made two mistakes this season, both ending in goals...just a bit of bad luck and lack of match fitness.
